Study on Optimization of Calcium Carbonate Scale Removal Process on Cathode Surface by Electrochemical Method
In the process of electrochemical calcium carbonate scaling removal,a large amount of sediment covers the surface of the cathode, resulting in reduced scaling efficiency, and the cathode surface should be treated in time.Firstly,an ultrasonic cleaning device was built, and the influence of ultrasonic frequency, power and time on the descaling effect of the plate was studied.Secondly, the descaling effect of the scale plate with different current density and time was studied experimentally by inversely connecting the anode and cathode. Finally, the effect of anode and cathode reverse connection and ultrasonic descaling is compared from the rate and time of descaling, and the cathode surface descaling technology of electrochemical descaling is proposed, which provides support for the technology promotion of removing calcium carbonate scale from oilfield produced liquid by electrochemical deposition.
