聚乳酸(PLA)来源于农作物,因其优异的生物相容性、力学性能和可生物降解性而备受关注,有望在许多领域取代石油基聚合物.然而,PLA的高可燃性限制了其在汽车、包装材料和电子等领域的应用.埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)是一种来源丰富、具有良好力学性能和生物相容性的天然管状纳米颗粒,在聚合物改性方面具有广阔的应用前景.本文采用埃洛石和磷化壳聚糖(PCS)复配添加到PLA中,研究了HNTs的用量对PLA/PCS复合物力学性能、燃烧性能和热性能的影响.结果表明,HNTs的加入,改善了体系的阻燃性能和抑烟效果,增加了拉伸强度和热稳定性.
Study on the Effect of Halloysite on the Flame Retardancy of Polylactic Acid
Polylactic acid(PLA)is derived from crops and has attracted much attention due to its excellent biocompatibility,mechanical properties and biodegradability.It is expected to replace petroleum-based polymers in many areas.However,the high flammability of PLA limits its application in automobiles,packaging materials,electronics and other fields.Halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)are a kind of natural tubular nanoparticles with abundant sources,good mechanical properties and biocompatibility,and have broad application prospects in polymer modification.In this paper,halloysite and phosphating chitosan(PCS)were compounded into PLA,and the effect of the amount of HNTs on the mechanical properties,combustion properties and thermal properties of the PLA/PCS composite was studied.The results show that the addition of HNTs improved the flame retardant performance and smoke suppression effect of the system,and increased the tensile strength and thermal stability.
