Preparation of Na3 V2(PO4)3 and Its Sensitivity to Carbon Dioxide
Because of the more and more serious greenhouse effect,it is of practical significance to develop a kind of gas sensor with excellent performance to detect low concentration carbon dioxide efficiently and accurately. The aim of this paper is to prepare Na3 V2(PO4)3 sample successfully to study the gas sensitivity of CO2.In this paper,NVP material was prepared by high temperature solid phase ball milling method and sol-gel method.NASICON powder was synthesized by high temperature solid phase method.XRD and SEM techniques were used to study the crystal structure and microstructure of NVP and NASICON.Using NASICON as solid electrolyte and NVP as electrode material,a chip CO2 gas sensor was assembled and its performance was studied. The results show that the optimal operating temperature of the sensor is 150℃,and the sensitivity is 2.03 nA/ppm at this temperature.
