锌有机骨架材料的合成及对水中Pb2+的萃取性能研究

采用溶剂热法,利用5,11,17,23-四叔丁基-25,26,27,28-四羧基杯[4]芳烃、2,2-联吡啶和六水合硝酸锌反应制备了一种锌的有机骨架材料(Zn-MOF),并对这种材料从溶液pH值、时间以及Pb2+的初始浓度方面研究了其对Pb2+萃取性能的影响。结果表明,在pH值为 4~7 范围内,Zn-MOF 对 Pb2+的萃取效率均能达到 99%。且能在 20 min 内对 Pb2+萃取达到平衡。随着 Pb2+初始浓度增大,Zn-MOF对Pb2+的萃取容量增大,最大萃取量为 243。57 mg·g-1。同时,Zn-MOF对Pb2+的萃取符合Langmuir等温模型和准二级动力学模型。
Synthesis of Zinc Organic Frame Materials and Study on the Extraction Performance of Pb2+in Water
A zinc organic frame material(Zn-MOF)was prepared by solvothermal reaction of 5,11,17,23-tetrabutyl-25,26,27,28-tetrabutyl-calypylidene[4]aromatics,2,2′-bipyridine and zinc nitrate hexahydrate.The effect of this material on the extraction performance of Pb2+was studied in terms of pH value,time and initial concentration of Pb2+.The results show that the extraction efficiency of Zn-MOF for Pb2+can reach 99%in the pH value range of 4~7.Pb2+extraction can be balanced within 20 minutes.As the initial concentration of Pb2+increases,the extraction capacity of Zn-MOF for Pb2+increases,and the maximum extraction amount is 243.57 mg·g-1.Meanwhile,the extraction of Pb2+by Zn-MOF is consistent with Langmuir isothermal model and quasi-second-order kinetic model.
