纳米碳酸钙改性沥青及其混合料老化性能试验研究

为改善沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及抗老化性能,本文以纳米碳酸钙为改性剂制备改性沥青,以针入度、针入度指数、运动黏度等试验指标确定了纳米碳酸钙改性沥青的最佳掺量及工艺参数,利用热重分析法对纳米碳酸钙改性沥青的高温稳定性、抗老化性能进行研究,通过车辙试验、半圆弯曲试验探究了不同老化周期下改性沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,纳米碳酸钙的掺量为3%时,其感温性能最优;纳米碳酸钙改性沥青的高温稳定性和耐老化性均优于 70#沥青;不同老化周期的纳米碳酸钙改性沥青混合料的抗车辙性能、抗弯拉性能均优于 70#道路石油沥青。
Experimental Study on Aging Performance of Nano-CaCO3 Modified Asphalt and Its Mixtures
In order to improve the high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance and anti-aging properties of asphalt mixtures,this paper uses calcium carbonate nanoparticles as a modifier for the preparation of modified asphalt,with the degree of penetration,penetration index,kinematic viscosity and other test indicators to determine the optimal amount of calcium carbonate nanoparticles modified asphalt dosing and process parameters,through the thermogravimetric analysis method to research the high temperature stability of the nano-CaCO3 asphalt modified asphalt,aging resistance.By rutting test,semi-circular bending test to explore the road performance of different aging cycles of modified asphalt mixtures.The test results show that the dosage of nano-CaCO3 is 3%,its temperature-sensitive performance is optimal;nano-CaCO3 asphalt high-temperature stability and aging resistance are better than 70#asphalt,and through the road performance test to prove that the different aging cycle of nano-CaCO3 asphalt mixtures with rutting resistance,bending and tensile properties are better than 70#asphalt.
