臭氧催化氧化耦合工艺处理VOCs研究进展

随着工业的发展,挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放量也随之变大,VOCs会对大气环境造成严重污染,国家和企业十分重视VOCs的治理。本文综述了臭氧催化氧化VOCs反应机理、催化剂种类、催化剂失活与再生及臭氧催化氧化耦合工艺(臭氧催化氧化-生物法耦合工艺、臭氧催化氧化-紫外光解法耦合工艺、臭氧催化氧化-低温等离子体法耦合工艺、臭氧催化氧化-吸收法耦合工艺、臭氧催化氧化-吸附法耦合工艺)处理VOCs的进展及未来展望,旨在实现臭氧催化氧化耦合工艺在VOCs废气处理领域的利用和推广。
Research Progress on the Treatment of VOCs by Ozone-catalyzed Oxidation Coupling Process
With the development of industry,volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions have also increased,VOCs will cause pollution to the atmospheric environment,and the state and enterprises attach great importance to the treatment of VOCs.In this paper,the reaction mechanism,catalyst types,catalyst deactivation and regeneration,and ozone catalytic oxidation coupling processes(ozone catalytic oxidation coupled biological coupling process,ozone catalytic oxidation coupled ultraviolet photolysis coupling process,ozone catalytic oxidation coupled low temperature plasma coupling process,ozone catalytic oxidation coupled absorption coupling process,ozone catalytic oxidation coupling adsorption coupling process)for the treatment of VOCs and future prospects are summarized.It is conducive to the utilization and promotion of ozone catalytic oxidation coupling process in the field of VOCs waste gas treatment.
