摘要
功能型凝胶剂是很有发展前景的新剂型,是药物与凝胶剂的辅料制成的溶液、混悬型或乳液型的液体或半固体制剂.功能型凝胶,如载体凝胶、环境敏感型凝胶等,根据其功能性能够应用于不同生物医学领域,相较于普通凝胶剂具有更好的稳定性、靶向性以及对患者的依从性高等诸多优点.本文对功能型凝胶剂的分类、基质、制备工艺及应用等相关内容进行综述,为其进一步研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
As a new formulation with great development prospect in recent years,functional gel is the thick liquid or semi-solid preparation in which the drug are made into solution,suspension or emulsion with the excipients.Functional gels,such as carrier gels and environmental sensitive gels,can be applied to different biomedical fields according to their functions.Compared with ordinary gels,functional gels have better stability,targeting,and high patient compliance.In this paper,the classification,matrix,preparation process and application of functional gel are reviewed,which will provide theoretical reference for further research of functional gel.
