摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)已成为糖尿病主要的并发症之一.DFU又以其局部高糖、易感染、溃疡易蔓延等特征,溃疡经久不愈.而应用于DFU治疗的传统医用敷料功能单一,并不能达到很好的效果.水凝胶敷料是一类极为亲水的三维网络结构凝胶,具有良好的生物相容性,能与药物较好地融合,是一种理想的药物载体,也是近年来国内外材料研究的热点,在治疗DFU方面展现了巨大的潜力.本文综述了DFU的发病机制、水凝胶敷料的结构设计以及递送策略和应用,可为治疗DFU提供新思路.
Abstract
Diabetes foot ulcer(DFU)has become one of the main complications of diabetes.DFU,with its characteristics of high local sugar,susceptibility to infection,and easy spread of ulcers,can cause ulcers to persist for a long time.The traditional medical dressings used for DFU treatment have a single function and cannot achieve good results.Hydrogel dressing is a kind of extremely hydrophilic three-dimensional network structure gel,which has good biocompatibility and can be well integrated with drugs.It is an ideal drug carrier,and also a hot spot of material research at home and abroad in recent years.It shows great potential in the treatment of DFU.This article reviews the pathogenesis of DFU,the structural design of hydrogel dressings,delivery strategies and applications,which can provide new ideas for the treatment of DFU.
