摘要
草酸二甲酯作为煤制乙二醇中间产物,可选择性加氢获得乙二醇、乙醇酸甲酯、乙醇等多种产物,其中的关键在于选择性加氢催化剂的开发.对草酸酯选择性加氢催化剂的研究开发进行了概述,探讨了选择性加氢催化原理,阐述了具有选择性催化获得不同产物的催化剂对应的活性组分、加氢路线,以及载体、助剂、工艺条件对性能的影响和现阶段的催化剂规模化应用情况.
Abstract
Dimethyl oxalate(DMO),as an intermediate product of coal to ethylene glycol process,can be selectively hydrogenated to various products such as ethylene glycol,methyl glycolate,ethanol,etc.The key is to develop selective hydrogenation catalysts with high performance.Here we provide an overview of catalysts for selective hydrogenation of DMO,including the principles of hydrogenation,active components and hydrogenation routes,and the effects of such different carriers,promoters,process condition,and the application of catalysts at this stage.
