土壤中半挥发性有机物的高效测定方法研究

摘要
为了探究一种更高效的土壤中半挥发性有机物的测定方法,通过优化色谱条件选定三种方法,试验后根据结果响应值、峰宽和标准曲线RRF三种参数对方法进行比较.结果表明:对于标准中所有目标物质的测定,优化后的43 min方法可以大幅提高测定效率,同时兼顾结果的准确性和稳定性;国标 63 min方法和优化后的28 min方法都存在一定不足,国标 63 min方法适合本身响应值较低的半挥发性有机物测定,优化后的28 min方法可进一步提高分析效率.
Abstract
To explore an efficient method for determining semi-volatile organic compounds in soil,this article selects three methods by optimizing chromatographic conditions.After experimentation,the methods are compared based on three parameters:response value,peak width,and standard curve RRF.The results showed that when measuring all target substances in the standard,the 43 min-method can improve the efficiency of measurement,ensuring the accuracy and stability of the results.The standard 63 min-method and the 28 min-method both have some shortcomingsthe.The 63 min-method is suitable for determination of low response value semi-volatile organic compounds.The 28 min-method can further improve analysis efficiency.
