An Efficient Determination Method for Semi-volatile Organic Compounds in Soil
To explore an efficient method for determining semi-volatile organic compounds in soil, this article selects three methods by optimizing chromatographic conditions. After experimentation, the methods are compared based on three parameters:response value, peak width, and standard curve RRF.The results showed that when measuring all target substances in the standard, the 43 min-method can improve the efficiency of measurement, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the results. The standard 63 min-method and the 28 min-method both have some shortcomingsthe. The 63 min-method is suitable for determination of low response value semi-volatile organic compounds. The 28 min-method can further improve analysis efficiency.
