摘要
通过硬件组装以及软件开发,依据NB/SH/T 0509 完成了石油沥青四组分自动分析仪的研制,介绍了该仪器的工作原理,并完成对沥青四组分(饱和分、芳香分、胶质、沥青质)的分离.利用该仪器可快速完成石油沥青四组分的测定,同时减少了有毒有害溶剂和人的接触.试验表明该测试方法操作简便、自动化程度高、节约时间,同时对该方法的精密度和准确度进行了分析验证,结果表明,此方法较手动方法精密度更高,是一种准确可靠的分析方法.
Abstract
In this paper,through hardware assembly and software development,the development of the petroleum asphalt four components automatic analyzer for petroleum asphalt was completed according to NB/SH/T 0509,the working principle of the instrument was introduced,and the separation of the four components of asphalt(saturated matter,aromatic component,gum and asphaltene)was completed.The instrument can be used to quickly complete the determination of the four components of petroleum asphalt,while reducing the exposure of toxic and harmful solvents and people.The test results show that the test method is easy to operate,high degree of automation and time-saving,and the precision and accuracy of the method are analyzed and verified,and the results show that the method is more precise than the manual method,and is an accurate and reliable analysis method.
