Mixers are important tools used in material mixing processes,especially in the chemical industry.They have advantages such as safety,environmental protection,economic practicality,low energy consumption,small footprint,wide applicability,and good mixing effects.In the MMA production process,a pipeline static mixer is used to maximize the mixing of materials,improve reaction efficiency,optimize reaction process,increase the utilization rate of basic materials,and reduce the frequency of equipment and pipeline fittings maintenance.By calculating and analyzing the selection of static mixers for sulfuric acid pipelines in MMA devices,as well as exploring the application,material selection,and installation of static mixers for pipelines,the advantages of static mixers for pipelines are proposed.
