摘要
LNG(液化天然气)作为清洁能源的重要代表,在能源领域的应用逐渐扩大.而LNG接收站内罐作为LNG储存和装卸的关键设施,其设计与安装技术对LNG接收站的安全运营和效益有着重要影响.本文系统研究了LNG接收站内罐的设计原理、要求和关键技术,同时探讨了LNG接收站内罐的安装方法与流程;并通过对现有技术的总结与分析,提出了改进与展望,为LNG接收站内罐的设计与安装提供了参考.
Abstract
LNG(liquefied natural gas),as an important representative of clean energy,is gradually expanding its application in the energy field.As a key facility for LNG storage and loading and unloading,the design and installation technology of the internal tanks in LNG receiving stations have a significant impact on the safe operation and efficiency of LNG receiving stations.This article systematically studies the design principles,requirements,and key technologies of internal tanks in LNG receiving stations,and explores the installation methods and processes of internal tanks in LNG receiving stations;Through the summary and analysis of existing technologies,improvements and prospects have been proposed,providing reference for the design and installation of tanks in LNG receiving stations.
