船用液态二氧化碳存储舱选材探讨

随着国际航运业碳减排要求日益严格,船用碳捕集技术受到行业广泛关注,具有广阔的市场前景。由于二氧化碳的三相点温度为-56。56℃,液态存储时通常采用低温低压和低温中压等方式。文章对液态二氧化碳C型存储舱不同设计方案进行对比分析,得到合理的方案,结果表明:由于材料单价较低,16MnDR/P355NL1 低温碳钢存储舱材料成本最低;相较于其他材料,P690QL1/P690QL2 低温高强度钢存储舱可以大幅降存储舱质量;综合考虑存储舱质量和材料成本,宜采用P690QL1/P690QL2 等低温高强度钢。
Research on Material Selection of Liquid Carbon Dioxide Storage Tank for Marine Carbon Capture System
With the increasingly strict requirements for carbon reduction in the international shipping industry,marine carbon capture technology has received widespread attention from the industry and has broad market prospects.Because the three-phase temperature of carbon dioxide is-56.56℃,liquid storage typically uses methods such as low temperature low pressure,and low temperature medium pressure.The article compares and analyzes different design schemes of liquid carbon C-type dioxide storage tanks,and obtains the most reasonable scheme.The results show that due to the lowest material cost,the material cost of low-temperature carbon steel,such as 16MnDR/P355NL1,storage tanks is the lowest.Low-temperature high-strength steel,such as P690QL1/P690QL2,storage tanks can significantly reduce the weight of the storage tanks,compared to other materials.Considering the weight and material cost of the storage tank,low-temperature high-strength steel such as P690QL1/P690QL2 should be used.
