摘要
大连某电子有限公司废水回收过程中RO浓水存在重金属和氰化物超标的情况,采用离子交换树脂对该废水进行处理,运行半年后出水水质恶化出现超标的情况,观察树脂外观,初步判断树脂被污染,通过NaOH和碱性NaCl再生和静态浸泡等方式对树脂的污染进行研究,表明树脂被有机物污染,现场确认再生复苏后,根据情况制定以后的运行管理方式.
Abstract
In the process of wastewater recycling of Dalian Electronics Co.,Ltd.,there is over-standard heavy metal and cyanide in RO concentrated water.Then,the wastewater is treated by ion exchange resin.After half a year of operation,the effluent exceeds the standard,and it is initially judged that the resin is polluted.The pollution of the resin is studied by NaOH and alkaline NaCl regeneration and static soaking.The research shows that the resin is polluted by organic matter.After confirming the regeneration recovery on site,the future operation management mode is formulated according to the situation.
