微电解-芬顿-水解酸化-MBBR组合工艺在溴阻燃剂废水处理中的应用

摘要
溴阻燃剂废水具有难降解有机物含量高、废水毒性大、CODCr浓度高、B/C低、可生化性差的特点,处理难度大,采用微电解-芬顿-水解酸化-MBBR组合工艺对山东某化工有限公司污水处理站进行改造,代替原有的活性污泥工艺,系统运行结果表明:经组合工艺处理后溴阻燃剂废水的CODCr质量浓度由 7 500 mg/L降到 800 mg/L,CODCr去除率接近 90%,去除效果明显,并且系统能够长时间连续稳定运行,说明该组合工艺在溴阻燃剂废水处理中具有一定的推广应用价值.
Abstract
Bromine flame retardant wastewater has the characteristics of high toxicity,high CODCr,low B/C,and poor biodegradability.The micro electrolysis-Fenton-hydrolysis acidification-MBBR process was used to treat this wastewater.The results showed that after treatment with the combined process,the CODCr of the wastewater decreased from 7 500 mg/L to 800 mg/L,with CODCr removal rate of 90%.The removal effect was significant,and the system could operate continuously and stably for a long time.The successful application of this project indicated that the process has certain promotion value in the treatment of bromine flame retardant wastewater.
