Study on the Use Method of Changing COD Prefabricated Reagent to Determine Wastewater from Coal Direct Liquefaction Production
In order to reduce the double high cost of COD project detection and COD liquid waste treatment of coal direct liquefication production wastewater, and improve the utilization rate of reagents, special experimental analysis was carried out for coal to oil production wastewater. In the range allowed by the prefabricated reagent range, the low range is divided into one reagent drug, and the high range is analyzed with the same reagent for two consecutive times. The results show that the reagent is equally divided and the sampling amount is halved, which does not affect the determination result.Although the results of two tests of the same water sample with high range are different, they show a decreasing trend, but the decreasing trend shows a certain regularity. The results of the second test are 90.31%~91.82%of the results of the first test. Therefore, within the scope of instrument error and method error, although the second measurement result is small, the amplitude of the small is evidence-based.Within the scope permitted by the method, instrument and actual production situation,by changing the conventional use method of COD reagent, the utilization rate of COD reagent can be improved, the cost of purchase and later treatment can be saved, and the environmental pollution of hexvalent chromium and other components can be reduced.
