Experimental Study on Biopile Disposal Based on Composite Microbial Formulations
In order to improve the effectiveness of microbial remediation of oily soil, indigenous microbial agents cultured in XX region were used as remediation agents.A small-scale biopile experiment was conducted indoors, and SPSS 20.0 software was used for one-way ANOVA to study the differences and significance of various factors in improving microbial remediation.Selecting the optimal parameters of single factor conditions combined with microbial agents for on-site remediation of oily soil in XX region. The experiment showed that the best oil removal effect was achieved when the soil petroleum hydrocarbon content was 9 000 mg/m3,0.5 g of bacterial agent was added per 500 mL of soil, the content of bacterial rods and sawdust was 30%,the water content and temperature were kept within the range of 30%~40%,25~35℃,pH value was 6.8,and an appropriate amount of inorganic salt(calcium magnesium inorganic salt was 130 and 250 mg/L,respectively)was added. It is feasible to apply the enhanced remediation technology of petroleum pollution using cultivated fungi bacteria to different sites. This study provides scientific theoretical guidance for the use of microorganisms in the remediation of oily soil in practice.
