Study on the Characterization and Bacteriostatic Effect of Nano-silver Synthesized from the Extract of Rudbeckia hirta L.

采用绿色合成方法,以黑心菊花水提液为还原剂和稳定剂,在光照条件下将银离子还原为纳米银,进行了红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、X射线衍射和透射电镜等表征,并研究了其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用,结果表明本方法制备的纳米银对两种细菌都表现出良好的抑制作用.
Using Rudbeckia hirta L.water extract as reducing and stabilizer agent,silver nanoparticles with small particle size were synthesized under the Xenon lamp irradiation.The silver nanoparticles were characterized by infrared spectrum,UV-vis spectrum,X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.The bacteriostatic experiment of the silver nanoparticles was also studied and the results exhibit a good bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
