高乙烷干馏气单级水合分离的实验探究

摘要
利用水合物法开展对高乙烷干馏气的分离实验,探究气液比、温度和压力三种因素在气体分离上的影响.经过水合物的单级分离,水合物相中的烃类气体(甲烷/乙烷/丙烷)物质的量分数由 79.12%增加至91.22%,其中的甲烷气体组成变化不大,乙烷和丙烷的组成变化较大,回收率最大值能够提升至 43.30%,提升干馏气的利用价值,减少资源的浪费,同时更好地保护生态环境.
Abstract
In this study,the separation experiment of high ethane distillation gas was carried out by hydrate method.The effects of gas-liquid ratio,temperature and pressure on gas separation were investigated.After the single-stage separation of hydrate,the composition of hydrocarbon gas(methane/ethane/propane)in the hydrate phase increased from 79.12% to 91.22%,and the composition of methane gas changed little,while that of ethane and propane changed greatly.The maximum recovery rate can be increased to 43.30%,which improves the utilization value of dry distillation gas,reduces the waste of resources,and protects the ecological environment effectively.
