Experimental Study on Single-stage Hydration Separation of High Ethane Dry Distillation Gas
In this study, the separation experiment of high ethane distillation gas was carried out by hydrate method. The effects of gas-liquid ratio, temperature and pressure on gas separation were investigated. After the single-stage separation of hydrate, the composition of hydrocarbon gas(methane/ethane/propane)in the hydrate phase increased from 79.12% to 91.22%,and the composition of methane gas changed little, while that of ethane and propane changed greatly. The maximum recovery rate can be increased to 43.30%,which improves the utilization value of dry distillation gas, reduces the waste of resources, and protects the ecological environment effectively.
