摘要

利用对苯二甲酸与甲醇酯化,再与直链胺酰胺化,研制了1,4-苯二甲酸二十二酰胺(BADD)主剂,筛选出无水乙醇/N-甲基吡咯烷酮为溶剂,1%MONENG-7008 流平剂、1%JSC-1150 附着力促进剂为助剂.通过缓蚀率、减阻效果为评价指标,评价了天然气减阻剂1,4-苯二甲酸二十二酰胺的性能.结果表明,当BADD的质量浓度为5g/L时,缓蚀效率达到85.8%,减阻率达到13.7%.

Abstract

The main agent of 1,4-benzoate docosanide(BADD)was prepared by esterification of terephthalic acid with methanol and amidation with linear amine.Anhydrous ethanol/N-methylpyrrolidone was selected as solvent,1%MONENG-7008 leveling agent and 1%JSC-1150 adhesion promoter were selected as additives.The properties of natural gas drag reducer 1,4-phthalate docosanide were evaluated by using corrosion inhibition rate and drag reduction effect as evaluation indexes.The results show that when the concentration of BADD is 5 g/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 85.8%and the drag reduction rate reaches 13.7%.
