Si元素掺杂CrAlSiN涂层海水环境下的磨蚀研究

采用多弧离子镀技术制备不同Si含量的Cr/CrAlSiN涂层,通过SEM、XRD表征了涂层的微观结构和成分,采用Rect摩擦磨损试验机在开路电位下进行摩擦实验。结果表明:涂层的结构主要有CrN相、AlN相以及非晶态Si3N4 包裹CrN、AlN相,{111}择优取向最为明显;在海水环境下,开路电位时,Cr/CrAlSiN涂层随着硅含量的增加,摩擦系数先减小后增加。Si原子百分比为5。5%时,平均摩擦系数最小,为0。145;自腐蚀电位为-0。197 V、自腐蚀电流密度0。742 μA/cm2,有较好的耐腐蚀性能。
Study on Abrasion of Si Doped CrAlSiN Coating in Seawater Environment
CrAlSiN coatings with different silicon contents were prepared on 316L stainless steel and monocrystalline silicon by multi-arc ion plating technique.The microstructure and composition of the coatings were characterized by SEM and XRD.The friction and wear properties of the coatings in seawater were tested by Rect friction and wear testing machine.The results show that Cr/CrAlSiN coating mainly consists of CrN phase,AlN phase and amorphous Si3N4 coated CrN and AlN phase,and the preferred orientation of {111} is the most obvious.In seawater environment,the friction coefficient of Cr/CrAlSiN coating decreases first and then increases with the increase of silicon content at open circuit potential.When Si content is 5.5%,the average friction coefficient is 0.145.The self-corrosion potential is-0.197 V,the self-corrosion current density is 0.742 μA/cm2,and the corrosion resistance is good.
