摘要
酸浆(Physalis alkekengi L.)是酸浆属多年生草本植物,含有多种化学成分.多糖是酸浆的主要有效成分之一,具有抗氧化、降血糖、免疫调节、保肝等多种生物学活性,在食品及生物医药领域具有广阔的应用前景.本文综述了酸浆多糖的提取纯化方法、结构分析和生物学活性的研究进展,为酸浆多糖的利用提供了一定的理论基础.
Abstract
Physalis alkekengi L.is a perennial herb plant belonging to the genus Physalis which contains various chemical compositions.Polysaccharides are major bioactive constituents of Physalis alkekengi L..These polysaccharides present antioxidant,anti-hyperglycemia,immunoregulatory and hepatoprotective activities,which have promising applications in food and biomedicine.This review summarized extraction,purification,structural characterization and biological activities of Physalis alkekengi polysaccharides,thus providing a reference for further development and utilization of the Physalis alkekengi polysaccharides.
