摘要
海藻糖是一种具有独特理化特点的非还原性天然糖,不仅被广泛用于器官、细胞、蛋白质的生物活性保护,还可提高多种药用纳米颗粒的稳定性.综述了海藻糖作为保护剂在医药领域研究进展,为后期开展海藻糖的相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Trehalose is a non-reducing disaccharides,and has been widely used in medicine field due to its unique properties.As a highly effective protective agent,trehalose could prevent organ,cell and protein activity loss during the processing and storage and also to maintain lipidosomes and nanoparticles stability.This review explores the role of trehalose in the medicine field,hoping to provide new insights on trehalose in the future.
