摘要
基于硫酸镍及其水合物特性,介绍了一种集干燥、冷却于一体的固定流化床干燥工艺,并配合尾气再循环等粉尘处理工艺,达到节能环保的要求.该系统处理量可达16t/h以上,尾气系统处理量最多可减少 45%,干燥物料能节省热量7000 cal/t.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of nickel sulfate and its hydrate,a fixed-fluidized bed drying process integrating drying and cooling was introduced,which was combined with dust treatment process such as tail gas recirculation to meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.The processing capacity of the system can reach more than 16 t/h,the processing capacity of the exhaust system can be reduced by up to 45%,and 7000 cal can be saved per ton of dry materials.
