摘要
大鲵糖肽(水解大鲵皮肤黏液)是由大鲵皮肤黏液经过酶解、浸提等方法分离出来的活性物质,大鲵糖肽中含有O-连接糖肽结构,相对分子质量小于3.5 kDa,多糖含量 15.65%,具有抗氧化、抗细菌、抗疲劳、调节免疫作用等活性.近年来,随着人们健康护肤的意识增强,消费者对化妆品原料越来越重视,天然化妆品和合成化妆品再次成为化妆品原料的重要选择.大鲵糖肽可作为天然生物活性物质是目前化妆品新原料开发的一个热点.通过检索中英文献,对目前关于大鲵糖肽中的生物活性、安全性及开发应用的文献进行归纳整理,为大鲵糖肽化妆品新原料的研究与开发应用提供借鉴.
Abstract
Andrias davidianus glycopeptides are enzymolysis from Chinese giant salamander skin mucus,containing O-linked glycopeptide structures with molecular weight of less than 3.5 kDa.They have many bioactivities,such as antioxidant,antibacterial,and wound healing,etc.With the increasing awareness of healthy skincare,consumers are paying more and more attention to cosmetic ingredients,especially natural and synthetic materials.The glycopeptides as natural bioactive substances are currently a hot topic in cosmetic field.In this paper,bioactivity,safety,and application of giant salamander glycopeptides are reviewed to provide reference for the further research and application in cosmetics.
