类石墨烯基电极材料在超级电容器中的研究进展

摘要
石墨烯量子点是纳米尺寸的石墨烯衍生物,具有较大的比表面积、良好的溶解性、边缘效应等独特的性能,作为超级电容器的电极材料应用前景广泛.总结了石墨烯量子的优点,介绍了近几年类石墨烯材料、类石墨烯/碳复合材料、类石墨烯/金属氧化物(氢氧化物)复合材料、类石墨烯/导电聚合物复合材料等几类石墨烯基超级电容器电极材料的研究进展,并对类石墨烯基电极材料在超级电容器中的研究前景进行了展望.
Abstract
Graphene quantum dots are nano-sized graphene derivatives with unique properties such as large specific surface area,good solubility,edge effect.The advantages of graphene quantum dots were reviewed.The research progress of graphene-like materials,graphene-like/carbon composites,graphene-like/metal oxide(hydroxide)composites,graphene-like/conductive polymer composites for electrode materials were reviewed in recent years and the prospect of graphene-like electrode materials for supercapacitors was prospected.
