Isolation and Structural Determination of Chemical Components from the Aerial Parts of Achillea Wilsoniana Heimerl ex Hand.-Mazz
In attempt to research the chemical components from the aerial parts of Achillea wilsoniana Heimerl ex Hand.-Mazz,multitudinous chromatographic methods,such as silica gel,Rp-C18,Sephadex LH-20,MCI gel,and semi-preparative HPLC chromatography,were performed on isolation and purification.The structures of the compounds were elucidated by NMR,MS spectroscopic data and compared with literatures.Nine known compounds were isolated and confirmed as matricarin(1),3β-hydroxy-11α,13-dihydro-costunolide(2),loliolide(3),4-hydroxy-3-methoxyacetophenone(4),2-phenyl acetamide(5),sylvamide(6),5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde(7),6-methoxy-7-hydroxycoumarin(8),dibutylphthalate(9).Compounds 1～8 were obtained from Achillea wilsoniana Heimerl ex Hand.-Mazz for the first time.
