气质联用法检测化妆品中的香叶醇

建立气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)测定化妆品中香叶醇含量的方法.洗发水和润唇膏样品经乙醇超声提取、离心分离后,滤液用0.22 μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接检测.采用保留时间和特征离子定性,外标法定量.洗发水、润唇膏中的香叶醇在0.2~10 mg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9965.在添加2,3,5 mg/L 3 种不同质量浓度情况下,香叶醇在洗发水中的加标回收率为95.45%~106.28%,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.66%~9.22%(n=6),在润唇膏中的加标回收率为 92.64%~99.14%,相对标准偏差 4.53%~6.40%(n=6).表明该方法适用于化妆品中香叶醇的测定.
Detection of Geraniol in Cosmetics by GC-MS
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was established to determine the content of geraniol in cosmetics.After ethanol ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation of shampoo and lipstick samples,direct detection was carried out after filtration with 0.22 μm microporous filter membrane.Qualitative analysis using retention time and characteristic ions,and quantitative analysis using external standard method.The linear relationship of geraniol in cosmetics is good within the concentration range of 0.2 mg/L to 10 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient of R2=0.9965.With the addition of 2,3 and 5 mg/L,the standard addition recovery of geraniol in shampoo is 95.45%~106.28%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)are 2.66%~9.22%(n=6),and the standard addition recovery in lipstick is 92.64%~99.14%,the RSDs are 4.53%~6.40%(n=6).This indicates that the method is suitable for the determination of geraniol in cosmetics.
