摘要
以5%苯基-95%甲基聚硅氧烷为固定液的毛细管色谱柱(HP-5,50 m×0.32 mm×0.52 μm),柱温为程序升温;氮气为载气,氢火焰离子化检测器为检测器,流速为4 mL/min;直接进样1.0 μL;进样口温度为 220℃;检测器温度为300℃.在该色谱条件下,各杂质峰之间的分离良好,空白对有关物质检测无干扰,可用于盐酸美金刚有关物质的检测.
Abstract
A 5%phenyl-95%methylpolysiloxane capillary column(HP-5,50 m×0.32 mm×0.52 μm)was used in this study,the flow rate was 4 mL/min,the direct injection was 1.0 μL,the inlet temperature was 220℃and the detector temperature was 300℃.Under this chromatographic condition,the separation between the impurity peaks is good,the blank does not interfere with the detection of related substances,and can be used for the detection of memantine hydrochloride related substances.
