Detection of Six Antiviral Drugs Including Acyclovir in Cosmetics
This article established a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)detection method for six antiviral drugs in cosmetics, including acyclovir, ganciclovir, penciclovir, adenosine arabinose, ribavirin, and lamivudine. It used octadecylsilane bonded silica gel chromatography column, methanol water as mobile phase, column temperature of 35℃,flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and injection volume of 10 μL.Gradient elution was performed with detection wavelengths of 207 and 273 nm.The linear relationship within the concentration range of six components including acyclovir at 0.2~50.0 μg·mL-1 was good. The correlation coefficient R2 were all greater than 0.999.The average recovery rate of each spiked level concentration is 86.128%~118.850%,with a relative deviation of less than 10%.The intra day precision is 0.090%~2.283%,and the inter day precision is 0.058%~2.367%.The repeatability and stability of the method are good. This method is sensitive, accurate, and fast. The testing parameters for six components, including acyclovir, can meet the requirements of the method and are suitable for the promotion and application of the method in the future.
