摘要
介绍了称重模块在稠厚器中的应用,对结晶稠厚器罐体质量的有效判断,从称重模块的数字化反馈,直观判断稠厚器质量占比,从而实现罐内盐浆进、出的动态平衡.从某种程度上解决了稠厚器满料、堵管、堵搅拌、挂壁、结疤等异常现象.监控稠厚器质量,直观量化排盐,实现出盐与离心机连锁,有效提高了生产效率.搅拌电机采用变频器,降低了设备运行能耗.
Abstract
This article introduces the application of weighing modules in thickeners,effectively judging the weight of crystallized thickener tanks.Through digital feedback from weighing modules,the weight proportion of thickeners can be intuitively determined,thereby achieving dynamic balance of salt slurry in and out of the tank.To some extent,it has solved the abnormal phenomena of thickener filling,pipe blockage,mixing blockage,wall hanging,and scarring.Monitoring the quality of the thickener,intuitively quantifying the salt discharge,realizing the interlocking of salt discharge and centrifuge,effectively improve production efficiency.The mixing motor adopts a frequency converter,which reduces the energy consumption of equipment operation.
