长距离输油管道水击过程的模拟研究

摘要
目前石油石化行业的高速发展离不开管道的支持和保障,管道自身优势明显,已成为主要的油气储运手段,管道的瞬态研究工作必不可少.本文结合我国长距离输油管道的特点,利用软件模拟对长距离输油管道的水击问题进行探讨.针对管道不同的水击工况,编写水击保护程序,并提出水击保护措施.研究表明,水击保护措施可有效避免管道长时间位于超压状态.
Abstract
At present,the rapid development of petroleum and petrochemical industry cannot be separated from the support and guarantee of pipelines.Pipelines have obvious advantages and have become the main means of oil and gas storage and transportation.So the transient research of pipelines is indispensable.Based on the characteristics of long distance oil pipeline in China,this paper discusses the water hammer problem of long distance oil pipeline by using software simulation.According to the different water hammer conditions of the pipeline,the water hammer protection program is written,and the water hammer protection measures are proposed.Studies have shown that the water surge protection program can effectively prevent the pipeline from staying in the overpressure state for a long time.
