在很多石油化工装置的运行过程都需要设置加热炉对装置物料进行加热升温,加热炉烟气的排放会产生各种废气,为了对其实施有效的监控,需要引入烟气连续监测系统,进而实现污染物的有效监测.本文对烟气连续监测系统进行了一定论述,明确了其工作原理、组成部分以及相较于传统监测方法的优势,在此基础上,分别从CEMS的安装要求、大气污染物排放监测、过程控制和优化以及安全和应急响应等方面探讨了CEMS在石油化工装置中的具体应用,有助于推动CEMS在石油化工装置中应用的不断深入,进而为污染物的排放监测提供数据支持.
Application of Continuous Emission Monitoring System(CEMS)in Petrochemical Plants
In the operation of many petrochemical plants,heating furnaces are used to heat and raise the temperature of the materials.The emissions from the heating furnaces generate various waste gases.To effectively monitor these emissions,the introduction of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems(CEMS)is required to achieve efficient monitoring of pollutants.This article provides a discussion on CEMS,including its working principles,components,and advantages compared to traditional monitoring methods.Based on this,the specific applications of CEMS in petrochemical plants are explored,including installation requirements,monitoring of atmospheric pollutant emissions,process control and optimization,as well as safety and emergency response.This discussion aims to promote the widespread application of CEMS in petrochemical plants and provide data support for emission monitoring of pollutants.
