摘要

柴油加氢改质装置进料泵为装置重点泵,采用了BB5 型离心泵,主泵由高压电机及高分能量透平作为驱动力,运行中通过对热高分液富余压力能驱动透平,分担了主电机部分功率,做到节能降耗功效,本文通过对透平驱动端密封失效原因进行大量分析研究,改进了密封面配置结构,重新调整密封隔离液压力,经过技术改造,现在该高分能量透平泵已满足生产,各项指标达到要求,实现了长周期稳定运行.

Abstract

Diesel hydrotreating and reforming device feed pump for the device focus on pumps,using a BB5 type centrifugal pump,the main pump by the high-pressure motor and high energy turbine as the driving force,the operation of the hot high points of liquid surplus pressure can drive the turbine,sharing part of the power of the main motor,to achieve the energy-saving efficacy of the reduction of energy consumption,this paper through the turbine driving end of the seal failure reasons for the large number of analysis and research,improve the sealing surface configuration structure,re-adjustment of sealing the isolation fluid pressure,after technological modifications,and now that the high points of energy turbine pumps have been satisfied with the production of the indexes to meet the requirements of the realization of a long and stable cycle of operation.
