摘要
以场地某化工装置模块化建造项目为研究对象,针对模块在建造过程中的结构变形原因分析,结合实际的测量数据,对于结构的变形量进行了量化分析和探讨,确定了焊接、温度以及模块沉降是模块结构变形的主要原因,同时给出了相关修正方法,对提高模块化项目的结构建造精度具有一定的参考意义.
Abstract
This article introduces the importance of precision control in the construction process of offshore oil and gas production platforms,explores the principles and methods of precision control,and conducts a specific analysis of precision control for the segmented construction process of floating oil and gas production platforms.Through the research in this article,the accuracy and quality of offshore oil and gas production platform construction can be effectively improved,errors and defects in the construction process can be reduced,and theoretical support and practical guidance can be provided for offshore oil and gas production platform construction.
