运用solidworks simulation软件模拟计算了内含鼓胀式热交换器的反应缩合釜鼓胀板对的第一阶固有频率、最大应力分布位置,对比加固前和加固后的两种方案,确定加固效果。为此类设备如何高效抵抗振动提供了一种新的思路。
Study on Vibration Characteristics of Reaction Condensation Kettle with Bulging Heat Exchanger
In this paper,solidworks simulation software is used to simulate and calculate the first order natural frequency and the maximum stress distribution position of the bulging plate pair of the reaction condensation reactor containing the bulging heat exchanger,and compare the two schemes before and after reinforcement to determine the reinforcement effect.It provides a new idea of how to resist vibration effectively for this kind of equipment.
