手套箱内温度测量系统的设计与应用

手套箱内合金储氢工艺系统对环境温度比较敏感,为了便于工艺运行人员监视与操作,提高工艺运行的可靠性、稳定性和安全性,特设计了一套手套箱内温度测量系统,并应用于此工艺系统中.此套温度测量系统包含了RS485 通讯协议、RS485 通讯协议转RS232通讯协议、OPC通讯等相关通讯技术,使得温度信号采集稳定且快速.同时,该温度测量系统上位机WinCC操作界面简单实用,具有实时监测、超温报警、历史数据归档、Excel归档数据导出等多种功能,且具备极高的可扩展性和可移植性.经过系统的调试及长时间的运行,证明了该温度测量系统适合长期稳定、可靠、安全地运行,满足工艺运行的需求.
Design and Application of Temperature Measurement System in Glove Box
The alloy hydrogen storage process system in glove box is sensitive to the ambient temperature.In order to facilitate the process operation personnel to monitor and operate,and improve the reliability,stability and safety of the process operation,a set of temperature measurement system in glove box is designed and applied to this process system.This set of temperature measurement system includes RS485 communication protocol,RS485 communication protocol to RS232 communication protocol,OPC communication and other related communication technologies,which makes the temperature signal acquisition stable and fast.At the same time,the upper computer WinCC operation interface of the temperature measurement system is simple and practical,with real-time monitoring,overtemperature alarm,historical data archiving,Excel archiving data exporting and other functions,and has high scalability and portability.After the system debugging and long-term operation,it is proved that the temperature measurement system is suitable for long-term stable,reliable and safe operation,and meets the needs of process operation.
