摘要
MBR技术是一种高效的分离技术,被广泛应用于污水处理方面,然而在实际工业运行之中,膜污染行为却极大地限制了该工艺的推广与应用.针对不同工业的膜污染,分析在实际规模中的膜清洗方法,探究清洗的一般规律和影响因素,从污染物-清洗方法-清洗剂-清洗效果,逐步分析各类清洗方案,提出优化清洗措施.
Abstract
MBR technology is an efficient separation technology,which is widely used in sewage treatment.However,in the actual industrial operation,the membrane pollution behavior has greatly limited the popularization and application of this process.According to the membrane pollution of different industries,the membrane cleaning method in the actual scale is analyzed,the general rules and influencing factors of cleaning are explored,and various cleaning schemes are gradually analyzed from the pollutant-cleaning method-cleaning agent-cleaning effect,and the optimization cleaning measures are proposed.
