Progress in the Application of Solid Waste Stabilizers in the Remediation of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil
In recent years,the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil using solid waste as stabilizer has achieved extensive research.This review systematically summarizes different types of solid wastes used as stabilizers for stabilizing heavy metal contaminated soil.Firstly,this paper introduces solid wastes suitable for soil remediation and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages,and investigates the assessment methods for remediation of different types of heavy metal-contaminated soils as well as the effects of solid wastes on soil properties.In addition,this paper also explores the mechanism of solid waste in the process of stabilizing heavy metals,which provides a reference basis for the utilization of solid waste-based stabilizers in heavy metal-contaminated soils.
