Investigation and Application Progress:The Use of Bletilla Polysaccharide Hydrogel in the Treatment of Diabetic Ulcers
Diabetes ulcers(DU)are one of the most common complications among diabetic patients,characterized by a high incidence rate and low healing rate,which makes it a challenging issue in clinical treatment.In recent years,biomedical materials prepared from natural products,especially Bletilla striata polysaccharide hydrogels,have become the focus of research due to their excellent hemostatic,antibacterial,and biocompatibility properties.This review focuses on the pharmacological effects,preparation design,and drug delivery aspects of Bletilla striata polysaccharide hydrogels in the treatment process of DU,exploring their role in promoting the healing of DU.It aims to provide new ideas for clinical treatment strategies and future research directions.
