食品包装塑料中添加剂的迁移行为综述

摘要
在塑料食品包装制作过程中会加入多种添加剂,食品与塑料食品包装接触过程中,各类化学添加剂会向食品迁移,造成严重的健康风险.文章综述了常用食品包装材料的主要添加剂种类、添加剂在不同介质中的迁移状况、不同迁移条件对迁移量的影响,总结了常用的迁移量计算公式,为我国系统地开展食品包装塑料中添加剂的调查及相关的研究方向提供参考.
Abstract
In the plastic food packaging production process a variety of additives are added contact process bod and plasic food packagin During,all kinds of chemical additives will migrate to food,causing serious health risks.In this paper,the main types of additives in commonly used food packaging materials,the migration status of additives in different media,the influence of different migration conditions on the migration amount were summarized,and the commonly used migration amount calculation formula was summarized to provide reference for the systematic investigation of additives in food packaging plastics and related research directions.
