Current Status and Prospects of PARP Inhibitors in Breast Cancer Applications
PARP inhibitors can produce inhibitory effects on malignant tumors through mechanisms such as synthetic lethality and PARP-DNA capture, and have made great progress in the treatment of patients with a variety of malignant tumors, including breast cancer. In this paper,we briefly review the BRCA gene and breast cancer, the anti-tumor molecular mechanism of PARP inhibitors and their application in breast cancer, with a view to improving the understanding of PARP inhibitors and providing references for future clinical applications.
