摘要
胶原蛋白作为人体内含量最多且最重要的蛋白,功能性凸显,应用领域广泛.近两年来,重组人源化胶原蛋白逐渐在胶原蛋白护肤市场显露锋芒.为了更好的研发新的护肤原料,从生物合成的角度出发围绕重组人源化胶原蛋白近十年来的研究进展,讨论有关重组人源化胶原蛋白的原料研发及功效、美肤品应用的相关内容.
Abstract
As the most important protein in the human body,collagen has outstanding function and wide application fields.In the past two years,recombinant humanized collagen has gradually shown its edge in the collagen skin care market.In order to better develop new skin care ingredients,from the perspective of synthetic biology,focusing on the research progress of recombinant human collagen in the past decade,and discussing the recombinant humanized collagen in the research and development process of raw materials,the efficacy,and its application in the skin care product.
