Discussion on the Project of Determining the Lead Content of Industrial Heavy Calcium Carbonate Using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
Establish a method for determining the content of heavy calcium carbonate and lead in industrial use using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.Through the verification of the detection method for technical indicators such as standard curve,recovery rate,precision,and detection limit,the results showed that the linear relationship of the standard curve was good,with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.The recovery rate of the added standard was 90%~100.5%,the RSD of precision was between 1.2%~6.7%,and the detection limit was 0.2 mg/kg.The results all met the requirements,indicating the feasibility of the method.Elaborate on how to conduct method validation for a new project during its establishment,which has strong practicality and guidance.
