针对蒽醌法生产过氧化氢生产废水,采用"调节隔油+气浮+芬顿氧化+脱泡+混凝沉淀"工艺进行预处理,介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物和设备设计参数,并对工程运行效果和成本进行了分析.运行结果表明,该工艺具有耐冲击负荷、运行稳定、管理方便的特点.该工艺对COD、石油类和总磷有很好的去除作用,出水COD可以稳定保持在1 000 mg·L-1以下.经过集中污水厂处理后,污水厂的出水COD能稳定在60 mg·L-1以下.
Example of Acrylonitrile Production Wastewater Treatment Project
In this paper,the wastewater from hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process is pretreated by the process of"Adjusted oil separation+Air flotation+Fenton oxidation+Blow off+Coagulation and Precipitation".The process flow,main structures and equipment design parameters are introduced,and the operation effect and cost of the project are analyzed.The operation results show that the process has the characteristics of withstand impact load,stable operation and convenient management.The process has a good removal effect on COD,petroleum and total phosphorus,and the effluent COD can be stably maintained below 1 000 mg·L-1.After treatment by the centralized sewage plant,the effluent COD of the sewage plant can be stabilized below 60 mg·L-1.
