石油产品机械杂质精密度提升的关键技术研究

摘要
为了解决石油产品机械杂质测定精密度较差的问题,通过更换滤膜材质,改善环境温湿度,调整恒重时间等方式.经摸索优化后,使用多个独立的实验室进行测定,并对结果进行统计分析,测定结果精密度得到较大提高.为今后提高石油产品机械杂质的精密度提供了可行性方案,并为同类问题解决提供了较强的经验借鉴.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of poor precision of mechanical impurity determination in petroleum products.Through the replacement of filter membrane material,improve the environmental temperature and humidity,adjust the constant weight time and so on.After groping and optimizing,several independent laboratories were used for determination,and the results were statistically analyzed,and the precision of the results was greatly improved.It provides a feasible scheme for improving the precision of mechanical impurities in petroleum products in the future,and provides a strong experience for solving similar problems.
