摘要

针对LNG接收站高压外输泵泵筒液位在启泵时异常波动的问题,结合LNG接收站高压泵运行的实际操作及现象进行原因分析.分析得出:高压泵工艺介质条件、差压式液位计的设计及操作方式等均可能造成高压泵泵筒液位大幅波动.针对高压泵运行中的异常现象,提出相应解决措施,有效解决了高压泵泵筒液位异常波动的问题,为LNG接收站高压泵的日常运行提出了新的解决思路.

Abstract

In response to the problem of abnormal fluctuations in the liquid level of the high-pressure pump at the LNG receiving station during pump startup,the reasons are analyzed based on the actual operation and phenomena of the high-pressure pump at the LNG receiving station.The analysis shows that the process conditions of the medium at the inlet of the high-pressure pump,the design and operation mode of the differential pressure Level gauge may cause the liquid level of the high-pressure pump barrel to fluctuate significantly.In response to the abnormal phenomena in the operation of high-pressure pumps,corresponding solutions have been proposed,effectively solving the problem of abnormal fluctuations in the liquid level of high-pressure pump barrels,and providing new solutions for the daily operation of high-pressure pumps in LNG receiving stations.
