Piping Design for Catalyst Pipeline in MTO-Ⅲ Unit
The MTO unit plays a crucial role in the coal to olefin process as a link between the past and the future.The quality of catalyst pipeline design in the MTO plant's reverse circulation system is also a key factor in the long-term and efficient operation of the plant.Based on practical design experience,this article briefly introduces what the MTO-Ⅲ device is,the role of catalyst pipelines in the device,the characteristics of catalyst pipelines,design principles,design conditions,component selection,and typical piping of auxiliary pipelines.I hope that through the sharing of the catalyst pipeline design process,it can serve as a catalyst for similar designs,especially in the selection of catalyst pipeline materials and the piping method of auxiliary pipelines for catalyst transportation,which are worth exploring together.
