摘要
介绍了胀套结构在INEOS聚丙烯装置大型卧式反应器搅拌轴集装机械密封无键传动的应用,并根据传动特征及主要技术参数进行胀套扭矩传递计算与校核.旨在进一步理解该引进反应器核心结构和部件的设计思路与理念,保证关键核心部件使用过程中各项参数、性能都满足装置长周期、安全生产要求.
Abstract
This paper introduces the application of the expansion structure in the mechanical sealing keyless drive of the stirred shaft in the large horizontal reactor of INEOS unit,and calculates and checks the expansion torque transfer according to the transmission characteristics and main technical parameters.The purpose is to further understand the design ideas and concepts of the core structure and components of the imported reactor,and ensure that the parameters and performance of the key core components meet the requirements of long cycle and safe production.
